Well it is nearly the end of the year and what a year it has been.

I have had my ups and downs with health issues, nothing serious just the usual 
aches and pains associated with aging.  
I have accomplished many things this year but alas, I still haven't 
joined a yoga class.
I have however started to meditate regularly.  If I don't do a physical meditation
I always do an active meditation like create a mandala.
